About Washer & Dryer Venting


Dryer vents play an important role in getting your clothes dried quickly. If it’s taking you more than one drying cycle to get your clothes dried, it may be time to clean your dryer vents or install new dryer venting. Clogged dryer vents can also put you and your family at risk of a fire, which is why you should be sure they’re cleaned regularly.

In addition to dryer vents, some washers need washer vents to bring air into the piping system so the water is flushed correctly and the pipe doesn’t become vacuum-locked.
