Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
The Audit Services department has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated individual to be a part of a dynamic team that is integral to the success of the Corporation. You will have the opportunity to apply your audit experience to all areas of the growing organization.

In this highly visible position you will assist Ace management by utilizing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve effectiveness of our organization's risk management, control and governance processes. Your primary focus will be on financial and operational audits for corporate departments, manufacturing, and distribution centers. You will have responsibility for all aspects of the audit, from planning to issuance of the written audit report, with access to all levels of Ace’s management. The exposure to multiple functions and high level management provides multiple career opportunities at Ace both within Finance and throughout the Corporation. Typically less than 10% travel required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

3-6 years of well-rounded Accounting, Finance or Audit experience is required.

Financial statement audit experience is preferred.

3-6 years experience with a “Big 4” accounting firm and/or large corporation’s internal audit department is preferred.

Previous experience in documenting and evaluating financial/operational control.

Ability to build relationships with business partners.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

US GAAP and/or SOX compliance experience is highly preferred.

MBA, CPA, or CIA a plus.

Manufacturing/distribution experience is a plus.

IT audit experience is a plus.

Ability to travel 10%.
