Business Analyst II
Region/Area: Oak Brook, Illinois

Responsibilities:
Our Information Technology department at our corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated individual as an experienced Business Analyst. The Business Analyst II will work closely with the Supply Chain/Distribution business team(s) to collect and define requirements for small to medium IT projects in a timely fashion, insuring that overall project objectives are met. The individual in this role should be able to translate abstract ideas into effective solutions to meet business needs as well as participate in various efforts to support the business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with distribution, associated technology and business issues required.
• Ability to understand existing business solutions and processes and methods to enhance or replace current solutions to integrate new functionality and meet business needs.
• Ability to understand current and future technology and how it can be used to deliver business solutions.
• Assist in integrating the existing business solutions and processes into longer term directions and plans.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills required.
• General knowledge of Project Management Methodology required.
• PMP certification a plus.
• 5 + years experience in application development processes and operational processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of systems development life cycle processes preferred.
• Working Knowledge of application and technical infrastructure architecture processes preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment required.
• Strong facilitation skills required.
