The Ace gift card can be used to purchase merchandise at any participating Ace Hardware location. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations online and any amount between $5 and $250 in store.

Where can I use my Ace gift card?
Contact your local Ace Hardware location. Ace gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.
Are Ace gift cards reloadable?
No, not at this time. Ace gift cards have a declining balance until they are fully redeemed.
Do Ace gift cards have an expiration date or any fees associated with them?
The Ace gift card is a value loaded Visa card and therefore has an expiration date associated with the card. However, the store will always honor the gift card as long as there is a remaining balance. There are no inactivity fees charged to unused gift cards.

To report a lost or stolen gift card, call 888-749-1509 or visit any Ace location. Gift card number, purchase information and/or a receipt will be required to refund the remaining balance on the lost or stolen gift card.
