We purchased this to move the heat more throughout our vaulted ceiling living room and into the surrounding bedrooms. We have a blower on our other fireplace in the other section of the house and have noticed improvement in the heating efficiency. So we installed the new blower today and started up the fireplace. Within an hour of turning the blower on, both my husband and one of my sons were in shorts and shirtless while it is 10 degrees outside and snowing. This thing really helps push the heat around!
