Just bought mine today . Have tried it once, and everthing worked perfectly. I'm hoping I don't have a similar experience like Bill's. I'll be careful with the handle, and will notify everyone in a year, but I'm not expecting any trouble!

I purchased two RSH125 hose reels and within a year of purchase the lever had broken on each. More frustrating is there is no support or repair parts available. I won't puuchase Suncast products in the future!!! They are cheap in construction. The concept is good if it would only keep working as intended!!!

I couldn't believe how quickly and evenly it wound up a 100 ft hose that was not new and had several kinks.
