I use this product in my kitchen and I am disappointed that I can only use the radio and ipod features. The most important feature to me was the ability to use the CD player and I have only been able to use it two or three times.I cannot use the CD player because it is jammed with my CD in it.It is a cheaply made system.

This product did not work out of the box. When I tried to switch from radio to CD it would lock up. I was told that I could pay to ship it back and then pay another $22 for a replacement that might be a refurbished model. Customer service told me to just unplug it and plug it back in. That was the limit of their advice, which did not work.

Tuning function is inadequate. Cannot lock onto stations AM/FM. Broad band width prevents you from tuning and locking onto a station. Tuning knob is too sensitive, Move it ever so slightly the frequency range on the indicator changes rapidedly preventing you from selecting a station you want to hear. Range appears to be limited. Signal strenth is weak.
