These pliers are terrific, versatile, and well made. It also speeds up projects due to the automatic adjustment. The only negative issue I had was having to wait 10 days to receive the product from ACE Hardward. Apparently, ACE utilizes weekly order deadline dates but fails to tell their "on-line" customers whe ordering. If you order on the deadline date, you will be able to pick up your order in 3 days. If you miss this date, it could take upwards to 10 to 11 days before it arrives at your local ACE store for pickup. If I knew about this order deadline date, I would of ordered from [@]and received it in 2 days and save $2.00. My preference is always to help out the local retailers, but not at the expense of having to wait 10 days to get a product.
