The chair is great. I have no complaints about it. However, buying from Ace was difficult. I ordered on-line and within a day or 2, received a notice my order had been cancelled. When I called to inquire, I was told the item was out of stock and would be available within a couple of weeks. The rep suggested I try ordering again in a couple of weeks. Why not just hold the order and fill it when it is restocked instead of making the customer do extra work? I chuckled when the rep closed our call by saying, "Ace the helpful hardware place." Hmmm...making the customer order twice? Not so helpful.

Five (5) stars for product due to durability, upscale from previous plastic products. Have two (2) red with ottomans in front yard, purpose to decorate and add color to an old farm house. Just luv luv luv the color, added depth and drama to ornamental grasses. Have wooden set in back yard, white in sunroom, two (2) white set up behind the house near local farmer's field. Is interesting view for those driving by.
