I searched the internet for a l;ow cost roll up shade to put on one side of our 10 x 12 gazeebo, to block the afternoon sun, but still let in light. Amost all were high end home shades, not something for a gazeebo. Finally found roll-up shades made of durable plastic bamboo, and found the best deal here at Ace. We used the metal clipping shower curtain hooks to fasten the metal loops to the rod that the mosquito netting hooks to and wahlaw, we have a great sunblock. Since its made of plastic the rain won't hurt it. [...] If you have a outdoor living space, but need to block out the sun..get one. I just ordered another for the East side, so I can enjoy morning coffee outside without the sun beating in on me. It also works great if you have nosey neighbors and want to block them out!!!!

They came damaged. I bought 5 and three were damaged. I called, sent emails and to date have 3 damaged blinds that I cannot use.

I would NOT recommend to a friend to buy this FROM ACE because of this mundane time wasting survey. I refuse to do this any more for your company. One little item and it takes more time to do the survey than to purchase the item? No wonder you are losing clients.

We used the blinds as sun blockers in a screened in porch. We were able to cover the area we had without major cutting by choosing different width blinds and mounting them together.
Be careful handling & mounting, the blind plastic "slats" are easy to damage. We had to trim one of the blinds to make it narrower. It cut easily with a scissor and a hacksaw.
