The product was what I expected but Ace reduced my order from 10 pieces to 1 and canceled the remaining 9. I couldn't get an explanation as to why my order was canceled but when I tried to reorder the price had gone from $59 to $84 each. Great product but I would buy it elsewhere.

Great Product. Purchased online and delivered to my local ACE since the size is not a typical 'standard' size found in ANY home improvement 'big box' store. It was delivered to my local ACE in record time - nice job distribution people!
Remember the delivery industry saying "The Last Mile Is The Toughest"? Well, it was true for me. It took over 1/2 hour for my local Ace to FIND my order; heck, the store clerks had to look it up online to see WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE to find it (yes, it took two to hunt down the items). I was offered to help look, but declined....not my job. Finally, it was found.....claimed the 'opener' put it in the wrong place...unlucky for me I was dealing with a 'closer'. Lame.
Anyway, the stuff works GREAT and I'll be buying more.
