This grinder works perfectly for flax seeds. I will give it some time to see how it holds out and then purchase one for my mom, as well. It pulverizes the flax seeds into fine powder and that is exactly what I wanted. It is important to clean it well after grinding flax seeds, so that part is slightly challenging considering the grinding area and blades are not removable. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase because it works and it's affordable.

I don't drink coffee so I just use it to grind a little flax seed in the morning. Have only used it a few times but it is exactly what I needed. You can grind it as little or as much as you want to.
