Bought heater 1/31/12 to supplement fuel oil heat. It works better than I thought it would.It heats area well. I don't know how it will effect electric bill as have not been billed yet.

I bought one of these heaters in November. It had better quality components than the more popular heater sold elsewhere. We have three bedrooms on the second floor, but spend most of the time in the kitchen and Living room. This heater works great to heat the area we are in. We keep the theormstat set to 61 on the house furnace theromstat and we enjoy 70 degrees from the Sunheat heater. I bought a second one for my son's family.

This product heats up the room to a nice temperature. The temperature dial has 3 sections. I havent used the first section but I have used the middle (comfort zone). I use this the most because it will come on and off during the night according to room temperature. The last section will stay on all the time I have found. The best thing is it has helped my childrens allergies. Our heating last year was lowered and our gas bill equal payment plan dropped. Our electricity bill did not go up either. I really have enjoyed mine and we are looking at buying another.

WE HEAT AN OPEN CONCEPT LIVING AREA WITH OUR HEATER. THERE ARE NO HOT AND COLD SPOTS IN THE AREA WE HEAT. IT HELPS KEEP THE GAS BILL DOWN, ESPECIALLY THIS FALL. WE MAY PURCHASE ONE FOR OUR MASTER BATH AND BEDROOM. COMPLETELY SAFE WITH COMMON SENSE. I'VE NEVER ATTEMPTED TO TOUCH WHERE THE HEAT SOURCE IS, BUT IT IS COOL TO TOUCH ON SIDES AND TOP. IT BLENDS VERY NICELY WITH ANY DECOR. I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ONE NOW FOR OUR MASTER BATH AND BEDROOM. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS HEATER. ALSO THE WALL PLUG ALWAYS STAYS COOL. HEATERS HAVE ALWAYS SCARED ME IN THE PAST WITH A RISK OF GETTING TOO HOT. GREAT ALSO ON SAVING FUEL COSTS. OURS COSTS APPROX. $1.30 PER DAY. IT WAS A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT.
