When I first bought this suet, my first thought was what a great deal it was. I began a daily ritual of serving it to my ground feeding wild birds. It works BETTER than expected because I can just scrape off bits with a fork and it crumbles well, unlike the lardier kinds I put in a starling resistant suet feeder. Many species of birds, INCLUDING some capable of clinging to the upside down feeder, flock to dinner every single day. I recommend giving it a try!

I bought a case of this last year not realizing that it was not the regular suet cakes. The birds would NOT eat it.
Don't waste your money. Buy the normal suet cakes from the same company. They cost slightly more but the birds will eat them.
