When this was on sale, I had to grab it. I use one indoors. It is so comfortable, that I sometimes fall asleep in it. Ordering was a breeze online.I had it delivered to my local ACE store. Be sure to have your paper printed. The female manager gave me a hard time when I came to pick it up. She stated that if I didn't have this paper then she would be giving out shipped products to everyone. This is my first time to ACE store. I would probably stick with their competitors' brick and mortor stores, after this experience.

Terrific value on this lovely chair. It is very comfortable and I love that even if not in the reclining position it sort of slides back so that you an sit comfortably without always reclining. Wish it came in a couple other color choices. I really need something that is primarly black but this was such a good deal, that I am living with it anyway!

I own two of these chairs, one indoor and one outdoor. When used correctly, there is hardly any need for the locks. My chairs have differing locks, both work extremely well. Hate to see a good product dissed. I have relaced the cording on my outdoor chair twice, 8 years, as it eventually wears in the sun. Joints will rust if left in the rain so I avoid that keeping mine under cover when not in use.
It is better than a hammock, no pressure points and you can always move it to the shadiest place.

Great chair, comfortable, no assembly, reasonably priced, however they missed one BIG feature most will want. It doesn't stay reclined, as stated so, in small tiny print that; "The locking mechanism does not lock the chair in a fixed position." Uh,,a deal breaker.
