You definitely need a second pair of hands to assemble this grill, but it is pretty straight forward. I have already grilled chicken, steaks, burgers, hot dogs, sausage and even large portobello mushrooms. I easily fit two large racks of ribs with room to spare. So far everything has worked great. With all five burners on low, this grill can hit 400 degrees no problem so usually I grill with one or two burners off. Searing is very good and the grates leave nice marks.
The only flaw I see with this grill is the design and location of the drip tray. You have to go behind and high up to remove and with the notches on the tray, this can get messy trying to slide it out especially if the tray is full. My solution was to remove it and place a stainless steel decanter on the base. So far it works well.

Love this grill. Well made. Large grilling area and with five burners,it works excellent for indirect cooking. Cooked awesome flavored pork loin on one end with an added smoke box on other end. I think this grill will last for a good long time.

Great product, took 2 hours to assemble, but it was not hard and every piece of hardware was used and nothing short-shipped. Made in the USA, the product works well, food gets hot in an even fashion.
Only problems I had were with ACE's ONLINE SYSTEM. The system never tells you that the item(s) (I ordered smoker chips as well) arrived. You have to rely on the store to contact you and mine only tried my phone, never my email, so either ACE HQ does not share the email addresses, or there is a disconnect somewhere in the process. Other retailers will send you up to 4 emails to tell you the status of your item, Ace only sends 1. They have a long way to go in their IT department, as of this moment.

Got this on sale. I don't know if its worth full price but it seems to be well built for a lower end grill(not Weber) .Made from american and imported parts but at least its partly american. Large cooking area and my kids love the burgers cooked on it. Had a Char-Broil Quantum before this and feel this one is better made. Was going to buy a Ducane but bought this because of its size. Love the five main burners, works great for indirect grilling. For equally priced models I would definitely buy this over a Char-Broil or Brinkmann.

AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK IF NOT MORE. WE COOK ANYTHING THAT WE WOULD DO INSIDE OUR HOME. THE TASTE FROM THE BROIL -MATE GIVES THE FOOD AN EXCEPTIONAL FLAVOR AND YOU CAN ADD RUBS OR BASTING LIQUIDS. WE LOVE THIS GRILL AND AOUR NEIGHBOR IS PURCHASING ONE FOR HIS RIVER FISHING CABIN. IT IS SO EASY TO OPERATE AND CLEAN UP IS A BREEZE. THE GREAS DRIPPINGS GO INTO A LITTLE PAN AND EASY TO DUMP AND CLEAN.
