Excellent product. We are professional painting contractors. Just finished applying 48 gallons of C&K Eggshell Wall Enamel on about 10,000 sq. ft. of walls in a large home. Absolutely beautiful finish. I noticed most negative reviews were written by folks using a free sample or just a quart. This tells us that it was likely they used a very inexpensive brush and roller cover giving them a finish to match. Our practice has always been, if you want a professional finish, purchase tools to match the quality of the product you are putting on the wall. We also use C&K in schools, churches and even the county courthouse. This product is a real winner. Next job is the local Country Club Exterior and you can bet we will be using C&K.

This was the worst semi-gloss paint I have ever used.(I have used most name brands)
The paint did not flow on smoothly, you had to work fast or it would smear/rough up previous painted area within minutes,then would not level itself out. Didn't cover particularly well.
As far as cleanup, buy some laquer thinner because even after only painting 10 minutes it would not wash completely out of brush. (I was using both a fingernail brush and toothbrush trying to clean)
All that said the flat paint performed great, covering well and cleaning up easily.

I have used other paint before but nothing compares to this paint. the paint was so easy to clean up and it covered up the walls wonderfully (we had peach colored walls before.
