I tried to figure out which paint to use for my stucco home--what a maze! Two name brand paint stores said 100% acrylic latex, so I tried samples on a hairline crack, and the crack came back. I tried Behr elastromeric and it is too thick and coverage is only 100 sq. ft. per gal.. This Ace paint is 200 sq. ft. per gal.and regular latex is 400 per gal. This paint is a nice compermise and worked great with my wagner power roller. Goes on nice/does have a sheen(says flat)/covers every color/no more cracks/needs 2 coats (worth it).Don't listen to PRO's they just want to spray (easy) and cut cost (coverage)and to come back (more cracks).I read reviews for hours for a stucco home paint and most were dead wrong (imagine that).I did find one on this Ace paint he was very satified after 3 yrs.no cracks!, and so am I. It took total 30 gallons for 1500sq. ft. house but worth it! This is my 2nd review in my life. No, I don't work for Ace, just giving back - blessings.
