I used it for the flooding in my basement due to the rain storms recently in NE. Very happy with the pump and its tenacity (1/2 HP). It really does the trick.

easy to install. the guys at ace were very helpful. i debated for weeks about this project and yest. am just decided to do it. pulled out old pumps, called the guys at ace and went to get the new pumps. put in with no problem. researched on line for days and looked at more expensive pumps. this one is great price and good performance. besides these pumps need to be maintained and replaced no matter what you buy.
