Comments about ACE HARDWARE Ace(r) Double Bowl Stainless Steel Sink:
This sink replaced a 60 yr old cast iron sink in our Michigan summer cabin. Upon opening the cabin the following spring we discovered vertical creases in all the radius corners, one of which was severe enough to leak. Our local Ace replaced the sink under warranty. In just a few months the 2nd sink began showing signs of the same creasing. Neither Ace nor the manufacturer (Neptune/Elkay) had a satisfactory explanation. Not wanting to invest the labor to test a 3rd, our local Ace offered an in-store credit while Neptune/Elkay offered replacement with a different private label.
