I had to change the PUR unit three times in less than a year. It leaks and unreliable. Very frustrating.

Very good filtering for tap water. Problem by the manufacture needs to be solved. I've had two of these units and both have been faulty. Problem: Casing around the filter leaks and comes off. Very frustrating to have to keep notifying Pur and they don't fix or redesign the unit.
Best try another brand.
