I love my dish pan and would not give it up for anything. I had purchased this dish pan years ago and I wanted a back up one just in case. My mom has one as well, but didn't have a clear one so I purchased one for her as well. We both like the design and functionality of this product. The thickness of the product is great, not too flimsy. It is durable even with scorching hot water in it. I hope that it stays around for some time. This is a good product other than the drain plug sometimes comes off too easily, but overall I really like this dish pan.

We use the Rubbermaid 15-1/4 qt. Dish Pan with handles and a drain plug to wash those items which cannot fit in the dishwasher or are better hand-washed. It fits nicely into our porcelain sink and protects it from being chipped or stained. By having the drain in the bottom, we don't have to lift it out to drain when we finish the job.

This dish pan is EXTRA large. I use it to soak dirty dishes before putting them into the dishwasher since I don't run the dishwasher daily. I use it to wash pots/pans. Because of the plug, you don't splash H2O all over when emptying it. Unlike the other 2 reviews I have had no trouble with the plug/leaking. The handles come in "handy" if you want to transfer water into a soup pan, etc, to conserve H2O. NOT going to throw away the old one; just use for "dirtier" purposes. I LOVE mine and am so grateful that I finally know where to find a replacement.

The drainplug goes bad over time. Making it available as an accessory would improve the value of the product. They also can get lost easily, because of that our local store stopped carrying it. Check your own complaint logs

I've had a few of these, and the plugs start leaking after 2-4 months of daily use. Good size, great theory, but not a great value for how long it lasts.
