Yes the line the brakes once in awhile, but not as much trouble as my gas trimmer. I think it works great. Like any trimmer you need to know how to use it. Don't cut rocks or fences.

It is a piece of junk. The line keeps going back inside and then the plastic (that form the hole) on it came off. It is totally useless.
