This will be my third purchase of this product. The first was for my elderly in-laws that now need assistance to bathe.
I also have one in my bathroom, also a Senior, my needs have me seated and it is easier to control the shower stream with this product. It is very simple to install and the instructions are very clear.
I agree with the other review and do not use the water saving washer.

We just remodeled our bath and added this handheld to the shower. I bought new fixtures but didn't want the bulk of some of the handhelds - this works perfectly. The tile hook adheres with a suction cup holding the showerhead out of the way. The diverter allows enough water pressure for shampooing and bathing - but do not use the water saver washer for best flow. Great for cleaning the shower, too!
