Comments about Oak Brook® Single Handle Tub & Shower Faucet in Brushed Nickel:
I had a Delta snap off in the wall trying to change seats & springs. This unit is more durable when that time comes. Instructions said that it was preset for max. hot~wrong! I had to go in and change that but easily done if you are mechanically inclined. The decorative cover over the valve is cheap but you get what you pay for. Shower valves can easily run $300-$400 or more and then good luck repairing them. Oh BTW they will need repair, not "if" but "when". This is basic, no volume control just on/off to the desired temp of your choosing. Live simply & simply live.
