Ease of use, you get just the right amount of caulk with little leakage after use. The gun is sturdier than those cheap flimsy bargain ones. It's a caulking gun so clean up is ok if you do it immediately after use. It is by far the best one I have used and well worth the money. I've used it to caulk around windows and doors with very little mess. The only bad thing is you still have to do the caulking...
