I have used other egg poachers,this one is easy/non-stick & seems to be made well. My only negative is I wish the egg cups were a little deeper.

I added a little white vinegar to the water then sprayed the inserts with non stick cooking spray. Instead of putting butter in the pan, I spooned a teaspoon of the vinegar water into each well. The eggs slid right out. Cooked 2 -2 1/2 minutes for runny, 3 for firm.

I bought this as a replacement. It is just like the one I had but the non-stick finish was all gone and it was just very worn out. It was a great price and I had looked all over town for something similar but with no luck. Thank you Ace Hardware for supplying it. It is awesome. Thanks to Knorr hollandaise sauce packets,you can make Eggs Benedict in no time and really impress your friends and family.
