This is the best exterior paint there is in my opinion. It is thin as far as paint goes making it easy to apply, yet has great coverage. Many jobs can be completed with only a single coat especially when using a sprayer. It is a paint/primer in one which is good on most jobs. However on more difficult jobs I would still recommend a Killz primer. It works well with Gripper and Seal Krete as well. This is also about $10 cheaper per 5 gallons than the other leading brands which can really help save big for professionals.
