I opened the tank to fill with sevin powder and noticed the pick up tube was not adjusted properly - it was touching the bottom of the tank. I pulled the tube from the front of the duster until the pick up end of the tube was a little higher than the half-full point in the tank. I filled the tank half-full with sevin powder and it worked great!

I bought this duster after my old one rusted out. Was suspicious of the lightweight, "made in China' character, but dusters are hard to find in local retail. Filled it with a sevin dusting powder, and pumped--sevin powder stream spewed all over, and then it clogged--same thing on repeat efforts. What a mess--save your money!
