I use this gloves in the kitchen. Many times, it takes the place of oven mitts as they seem to protect from hot pots and pans. Also, use it when washing dishes/pots& pans - as I like to use scalding hot water to clean dishes and this glvoes protect me from burning. Best use, is using it to lift roasts from oven - can lift a whole turkey, prime rib, pork roast with hands while wearing these glvoes. Love it - love it.

I've gone through a lot of cleaning gloves over the years, but these have so far stood up the best. They've seen a lot of heavy household cleaning and hot water use without any noticeable wear over the six months I've been using them on an almost daily basis, and they are by far the most comfortable of the kind I've owned.

Less expensive dish gloves stick to the hands, especially when you sweat, but these sport a nice soft lining that is easy to slip on and off. The wrist area is long enough that I don't get hot water down in them with minor splashing, a constant irritant with shorter gloves, and they stay comfortable for longer. They are right in the sweet spot for flexibility/rigidity, making it easy to pick things up, but avoiding that annoying bunching or folding at the wrist.

I've also saved some money on these, even though I paid more for this pair than some other brands, I'd have ripped through several cheaper pairs in the same time. I'm glad I got these.

As a sidebar, the only complaint I could make is that they aren't designed to be environmentally friendly, which means that one day when I do have to throw them out, they will sit in a landfill. Unfortuantely, I've never found eco-friendly gloves even close to as good as these. The positive part of the deal is that I throw out a lot fewer inferior gloves, so I am producing less overall waste.

I have been using Bluettes for many years and love them because my hands never perspire or stick to the inside of the glovs therefre making them eady to put on and take off. The exterior material of the gloves is completely water proof and lasts for a very long time! Excellent value.

I have been using these gloves for years in my kitchen and they are waterproof, long lasting and thick enough so that the hot water doesn't feel as hot on my hands. They make grabbing most dishes and flatware easy, though sometimes I need to take them off to grab certain items. I wouldn't do my dishes or anyone else's without them. My hands don't look their age because of them!!
