This product worked great until one day (after 3 years) it quit working. Reading the book and troubleshooting, it was not clear on where the reset button was. Upon calling the company to find out where the reset button was located, they wanted us to do other things first. Like o-meter results and such, when the book clearly states, to hit the reset button. Specifically asking the representative on the phone where it was located, he couldn't tell us. We got a reference number instead. We felt that it was a failed attempt to keep the product that has worked for us up until now.
The product worked for us until it broke down. Getting service help was the failure here! The service reps need to be more prepared to answer what was probably a simple question, if indeed there really was an answer.
