Have had this product for many years. I love it. The tension is easily adjustable so it can be tightened for heavy loads, easily pulls out and holds a weeks worth of 2 adults laundry.

As it ages I have had a few very very minor problems with it retracting all the way which but nothing that wasn't fixed by pulling it back out and retracting again.

Highly recommend thsi product.
