These are the recommended filters for the Chemex coffeemakers. I have been using them for 5 years and they always give a consistent, clear, delicious cup of coffee.
A little revision on Ace's product description, though. From the manufacturer's website, these filters fit "All coffeemakers except CM-1, CM-1C, CM-1GH". I have the 8-cup and these fit correctly even though Ace's description says these filters are for the 10-cup models.
Bottom Line: This is the best price you will find anywhere for the same product. Hands-down no-brainer. And with free shipping I can go into my local store to pick up the filters and get that drill I have been drooling over for the last couple months.

Been using Chemex for over 50 years--still makes good coffee--but if you use cheap run of the mill filters they will taint your coffee--use Chemex filters.
