I live in an apartment and the showerhead that came with it left something to be desired when it came to the pressure. I thought I'd live with it until one day I had one of those classic "conditioner in hair and the water literally goes to a trickle moments". I asked the landlord to fix it and they did. For about 2 weeks I had no problems then I noticed the pressure starting to get funky again. I decided to take matters into my own hands and after reading the reviews about this showerhead I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I'm so glad I purchased this showerhead, it's amazing! Just like that my water pressure problems are all gone and the installation couldn't have been easier! I am very pleased with my purchase and I'll be sure to take it with me when I go and leave the old defective one behind! I do agree though if your shower pipe angles downward and/or is low and you are over 5"7 you might want to buy another extension so that it is high enough.

This showerhead is great! Gentle, yet effective water pressure and direction while showering! I have a small shower and the fact that the hose attached to the showerhead is movable, I can direct the water right over me in this small shower. The shower is "doorless" so it helps to keep water controlled in the confined area. Well worth the price! Got a great price from Ace Hardware [...]

This is a pretty good shower head, but you really have to have decent height between yourself and the shower head to get a rain-like effect - at least a foot, more is better. The water has to build up a little momentum as it falls, or else the pressure seems only okay, and I did remove the flow regulator (but I do live on the tenth floor of an old building). My shower pipe is a little low in my shower and angles downward, and the flexible 8" arm doesn't reach very high. I added a 12" metal shower extension pipe though, and it has done the trick - but now the whole thing is a little bit ugly. So, if you have a high enough shower pipe I think you'll probably like it.
