Love this large dust pan--my 2nd--1st was almost 20 yr. ago with the name Harry from Hawaii.It's still almost as good as new.
Now I have one for the garage & one for the outside back of my house. Also can rotate the handle if preferred.
So happy to find it on ACE on-line.

We had a "Harry's from Hawaii" standup dustpan that looked like this even to the color and succumbed to years of banding, scooping, dropping, stepping on, etc. It is a large capacity you can sweep and rake stuff into. The old one broke where it was bolted to the handle and it will probably be a stress point here. You won't likely need to baby it but it is not intended to carry 20 lbs of snow or rocks and be swung like a shovel, as we probably did from time to time.

I have a harrys from hawii that was good then one day I took it apart and reversed the handle and it became much better to use !

I have used cheap imported plastic dust pans with handle but they never held up when picking up damp leaves. This one will stand up to heavy yard work.

Forget those "horse manure rakes" that break and are time consuming. I've used this dustpan more than 5 years to scoop up LOTS of horse manure. I use a narrow, firm, leaf rake to scoop the material into the dustpan. Its wide mouth, light weight and sturdy construction makes tossing the material into the garbage bin a very simple task.

We have 3 large dogs and used this as our pooper scooper for over 10 years! It finally bit the dust(ours was Harry from Hawaii) and we are buying 2 more....one for the poop and one for the garden. The small pooper scoopers can't compare esp. if you have large dogs with large poops. We also used this dustpan for the garden, raking up leaves into it and then putting into trashcan. If you use one of the rakes with the tines that are about 6 inches wide it is awesome. You MUST have this product. So glad we were able to find it.

Absolutely indispensible for your yard. Saves back, dumps easily into 33-45 gallon trash cans, front raised edge prevents acorns from rolling out, scoops leaves and water from pool cover, excellent for leaves. My most used yard and garden tool. Perfectly designed and easy to use with one hand, freeing other for rake or light weight broom. Rigid handle allows one handed dumping into bins. My original had roller wheels on back edge for heavier loads.

This is one of those items that once you have you wonder how you ever did without. Great for homeowners to do yard work - helps with leaves/debris/just about anything you need to pick up. I don't have a dog but I guess it would help with that also. Price is also right - you cannot go wrong with this - I've had one for many years from Harry from Hawaii - mine has wheels - don't know if this one has wheels. wheels help move it around. Regardless, you won't regret the purchase.

This is a fantastic product! My Dad gave me the original 'Harry from Hawaii' dust pan over 25 years ago. Still using it and my neighbors are jealous :-) Been looking for a new one - and this is it! Great for raking up leaves in the yard to deposit into a trash bag. Also great for 'poop scooping' as we have two 100+ lbs dogs. It washes out clean and stands up to the elements (we live in Alaska).

This is my second one. I just love it. I use it to clean the backyard from the dogs. Pooper scoopers are so expensive and not to mention tiny. I needed something more sturdy. Now my mom wants one for her house.

I have had this product for over 10 years since when it was manufactured by a different company called "Harry from Hawaii." It is hard to find. I use it every week outdoors and in the garage. It saves my back. Buy two in case you can't find one locally and your neighbor keeps borrowing yours.
