I use these for so many projects. Just had to use one to cap a line on my hot tub pump. Also good for covering screw drivers when working on fine furniture to not scratch the wood if the screw driver slips.

I've used these things for a couple years now. Sure beats stuffing a nail in the top of a tube of caulk to reseal it, then trying to get the plug of hard caulk out. They have saved me many dollars worth of caulk that would have gone bad and unused.
