This product made short work of removing 2 layers of linoleum and 1 layer of vinyl tile from the guest bath.
The blade did "warp", but that was because there was material built up between the blade and the housing (I had been using it upside down). Once I cleared the debris, and used the scraper per the instructions, things went a lot smoother. I do admit to checking the blade for flatness, and it did retain the flat profile.
I shall be using this scraper for other tile removal projects.

I purchased your floor scraper from my local [...] about 2 weeks ago to remove old tiles and linoleum from my kitchen floor (about 12x15). After using the scraper for about 10 minutes and getting practically nowhere, I noticed that the edges of the blade were 'digging' into the plywood. I stopped and inspected the blade and noticed that it had a distinct bow. I immediately contacted your customer support. They wanted me to send them the blade, at my expense, and then they would have their research and development dept examine it...I refused because it would take weeks to get results with shipping,testing, etc. Then they wanted me to send pics, i have no means to do that and since the tool does not lie flat, would show nothing...then, I bought a replacement blade and then could not get the old blade off, it seemed that one of the bolts was welded or glued in place...I evne communicated with a VP.. Neither he nor customer service did anything! Tool went in trash truck yesterday! Their customer service dept and VP seemed to have no care at all for me...
