I use it mostly for any indoor chore requiring a ladder because the steps are wide and deep for safety and comfort; my only complaint is the weight of it but that goes with the sturdiness of its construction. This would be a great house warming gift.

I am able to do all the necessary repairs and painting without needing someone to hold the ladder or "watch" that I don't fall. The steps are wide enough to plant my whole foot sturdy on them and it's not really that heavy that I can't carry it up and down the stairs by myself. I would have loved one more extra step on it but the width of the steps are what sold me.
