This product is not worth the money, you are better off buy a 2 dollar plastic sink cleaner. This product only got stuck in the drain and did not wind properly. I was also surprise that there is only a small spring on the end to catch the clog with. Not a good buy.

I bought it after having no luck with liquid clog busters, but all it did was infuriate me even more. When I went to unwind it I had to pull it out, I put it in the drain and it couldn't get around the U pipe no matter how slow or fast I went. The only thing it managed to do was scare calcium deposits off of the inside of the pipe.

Used this product with some success, but now the auger is rusted and almost impossible to use. Would not recommend to someone who has old drains that clog easily.
