While the hole saw is adequate and gets the job done, I would advise user to not order online from Ace Hardware. The shipping time is way too slow! It took three weeks to arrive! Additionally there is no way to track the order and there are no status updates. I tried calling and no one could tell me where it was. I had decided to go to a competitor and buy in store when I received a call that the product had arrived. In the future if a desired product is not physically in the store, I will go to a competitor instead of ordering online. Regarding the product itself, the built in arbor is convenient and saves money but in the future I would opt to buy the saw and arbor as separate pieces.
