Purchased a "fixer upper" condominium. The seal on the entry door was corroded, and missing the seal on the top. This Replacement Weatherstrip by Ace Hardware got the job done. Fit right in and was easy to install. None of the 'major retailers even carried this item. Price was very reasonable at Ace.

We are remodeling our 100 yr old house on a room by room basis. The main door we use comes into the living room through a door that was installed in late 70s or early 80s. The weather stripping was really messed up about halfway down the door and it was letting in a lot of air. We purchased this from ACE, since it was tons cheaper that what we'd seen in other online sites and it works great. We installed it ourselves and I can't feel any air coming in the door at all. We are definitely satisfied customers and would buy again!!!

I wouldn't recommend this if there was an alternative. Works, but the magnetic strip is pi55-weak compared to the original.
