These are the best little nite lites ever....I've had my original ones plugged in since the mid 1990's and they are now just starting to fade. Use a miniscule of electricity and provide a soft 'glow' in rooms, enough to see where you're going and not be a bright white lite. Great for hallways, bathrooms and hardly noticeable.

I've had a half dozen of these things for maybe 10 years and none of 'em have burnt out. They aren't so bright to be annoying, but they are enough to see the floor by. Perfect for when you wake up in the middle of the night (or come home late, hehe) and need to navigate the bedroom without waking the spouse.
