It's not clear from the photograph of the unit on the Ace Hardware web page but this is an electric griddle with a non-stick griddle cooking surface, not a grill with bricquets. That said, the unit does a good job of cooking the meats and vegetables I've cooked on it so far. The griddle heats evenly though I suggest the use of an olive oil based cooking spray to completely avoid the good sticking to the griddle.

This product is so easy to assemble! Following the manual instructions for varying heat temps for different meats is a snap! I've even used this grill indoors when the weather was uncooperative! I'd highly recommend it to everyone, and I'm planning on purchasing another George Foreman for a friend!

This is such a wonderful product. We can disassemble it and put it in our storage compartment in our motorhome and it is so convenient to use on trips as well as on our patio at home. It is so easy to clean!!
