I have used many utility knives over the years and have never had a problem changing blades on any until this one. I cannot get the blade changed, nor can I find instructions on how to do it. I plan to throw this cutter out and get a different one. Don't bother with this knife, it is not worth the frustration!

Those having trouble loading or changing blades probably should not be around sharp objects of any kind. The blade storage compartment easily allows blades to be dispensed, and changing/inserting a new blade involves simply pushing and holding the release button while sliding the blade into place. This is clearly described on the packaging. A good tool.

I agree with the reviewer "Joe the Toolman". What should be an easy to use tool has turned inconvenient and/or impossible to use. I believe the design intent is for someone to able to have the blades push out, one after another, but I wasn't able to load the blades.It may be a great tool, but there are no instructions to show you, and it is ambiguous. We usually like Stanley products-- NOT THIS ONE! They took an inexpensive, easy to use product and ruined it. Hard to replace blades--- AND, YOU HAVE TO BUY A SPECIALTY TOOL JUST TO GET IT OPEN!! What a headache!
