Comments about AEARO SAFETY CORP AO Safety� Disposable Earplugs (90580-00000T):

I have WASTED TIME AND MONEY with other products. These are the ONLY ONES that are effective, comfortable for sleeping and DON'T HURT!!

For each ear, the plug must be rolled between your thumb and index finger to compress the foam before insertion. After insertion, the foam plug then expands GENTLY to conform to your ear. It follows that hands should first be clean so they can be used repeatedly (I've had one set for over two years!!).

Because These fit almost flush and don't have tabs sticking out, you can sleep and turn on your pillow without them coming out. There is just enough material exposed to remove them easily.

Since I am a light sleeper, they are ideal for tolerating noises like a snoring partner.
