I bought my Allway multi-saw around 1975 when I was an apartment dweller in NYC. The saw came with a wood saw attachment and a hack saw attachment. I'm sitting here in 2010 marveling that 35 years later I still have this little saw and still use the original blades!! I'm in the site because for the first time I realize it's time to buy new blades. Though I have not used the tool a great deal, it is still as functional as it ever was. The hack saw is especially handy for metal cutting in tight spots where a regular hack saw just won't fit. I am cutting the web out of a lamp shade and this is the perfect tool! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this little wonder as the PERFECT gift for a young person off to their first place with an upcoming need for tools!! It is compact, great for many uses and of great quality if made as it was when I bought mine. Best money I ever spent!!!
