This product works. You have to drill a pilot hole. The extractor pulls itself into the pilot hole until enough torque is produced that it reverses the screw. If you were thinking you could just put it against the head of the screw and somehow it would magically "work", then...you need to do some learning.

Not sure how this product can be sold as a screw remover. It doesn't bite into the head of the screw. Don't waste your money.
