Would not grab rivet pin. When I finally got it to grab, I squeezed handle and it broke on the second rivet. JUNK

I bought this thinking it would be great for a project I had.
I mean really... Arrow is a great name in tools.
Much to my surprise it turned out to be a piece of fecal matter. And only after I had thrown away the packaging and sales slip.
If I could I would place this up Arrow's ....

I personally purchased this product to add to my tool box. Quit awhile later I got a chance to use it and was'nt a happy camper! The gun would not grab any size rivet. Ended up using the old lightweight less expensive one. No longer have the recept but I still have a broken rivet gun. Thanks!

Extremely difficult to release rivet stem. When disassembling head to release stem, very difficult and time intensive to re assemble. Is very well made but this fault is a "Killer".
Please fix and you will have a great tool.
