I was vary pleased with this product and would highly recommend it. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that there are slight color fluctuations between the same products. I ordered a total of about 15 wallplates of varying sizes in medium (red) oak and although the colors were very similar, they weren't all exactly the same. I'm pretty picky...maybe that wouldn't matter to someone else. A word of caution: the wall under where you are to install the plate must be perfectly flat to get a good installation. These plates don't have a recessed area inside the perimeter to allow for wall imperfections like the standard plastic plates.
