Couldn't be simpler. We cut out a 1" X 1" section of our kitchen floor (3 layers) and sent it off, as per the instructions. Once they received it, I was phoned 7 days later with the results (e-mailed after 9 days). They tested all 3 layers individually as one sample. Trying to read the results was a bit difficult if you don't know much about asbestos.

I used this product to test my popcorn ceiling for Asbestos. The kit itself has everything you may need to get back results on a sample. All you do is include your sample, include your check for payment, and wait for the results. Doesn't get any easier. I do wish Ace carried these in my local store. It took longer for the product to arrive at Ace than it did to get my results from sample i sent in. Once the results came in, they were easy and clear to read. I was lucky to not find any asbestos and my popcorn ceiling has been removed :) It doesn't get any easier than this kit. I've looked for alternative methods for sample testing, but all were more expensive or the same.
